Bookings and payment:

• A booking will not be confirmed unless a 50% deposit is received.
• Key deposit fee of R200.00 payable upon arrival.
• Full and final payment must be received on the day of arrival.
• Proof of payment must be forwarded to the contact details supplied.
• Cancellation Policies:
  • Less than 7 days - 100% of deposit non-refundable
  • From 7-14 days - 75% of deposit non-refundable
  • From 14 -21 days - 50% of deposit non-refundable
  • From 21 - 30 days - 15% of deposit non-refundable
  • 30 days or more - 10% of deposit non-refundable

Operating policies:

• Neither 24 ON VREY nor any of its employees accepts responsibility for loss and damage by whatsoever cause to private property.
• Neither 24 ON VREY nor any of its employees accepts responsibility for any loss or inconvenience due to power failures or an act of nature.
• All damage to buildings, linen, furniture or equipment of 24 ON VREY will be charged to the client’s main account.
